{"id":3297,"date":"2025-09-09T11:42:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T10:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yggllangynwyd.cymru\/?p=3297"},"modified":"2025-09-09T11:42:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-09T10:42:06","slug":"yggllan-ras-cofio-kyan-16-9-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yggllangynwyd.cymru\/en\/2025\/09\/09\/yggllan-ras-cofio-kyan-16-9-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"YGGLLAN: Kyan Memorial Race 16\/9\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear parents\/guardians,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday 16th<\/strong> of September\u00a0the whole school will complete a 2km course, which is now an annual event in the School calendar in memory of a former learner who fought cancer.\u00a0 We will celebrate\u00a0Kyan&#8217;s life together as Llangynwyd family and we kindly ask every learner to donate \u00a31 through the school gateway app, which is now open and will close on 22<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0of September.\u00a0 All money raised will go towards the charity Velindre Hospital.\u00a0 \u00a0We are also sharing with you a link to our &#8216;just giving page&#8217; for you to share with family and friends\u00a0to sponsor this event.\u00a0 All learners have received the arrangements for the race at school and are allowed to come to school in their official Health and Wellbeing kit and a top their house colour (Garw, Ogwr or Llynfi).
